Shipping policy

Services will begin once payment is complete. Please allow up to a week for full service completion on most projects. Vacation quote completion time is dependent upon the client and the amount of information provided once payment is complete.

Upon receipt of your quote you will have 7 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you. Once 7 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $55.00 before we will continue with the planning process. This $55.00 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days.

Destination changes during or after research will also incur a $55.00 fee per change.
